COVID-19 Safety Measures


 

Q: How is social distancing practiced at Acapello locations?

A: We have limited occupancy in every salon according to state and local requirements. We have team members monitoring the flow of traffic to ensure we stay as socially distanced as possible during each guest interaction. Please try to remain 6 feet away from all people in salon while shopping.

Q: Will I have to wait in line?

A: Depending on current salon capacity, you may have a small wait to enter the salon. Acapello guests with appointments will be notified by their preferred contact method.


Q: Will I have to wear a mask when I visit the salon?

A: Yes. Face coverings are required for all guests and team members in our salons. We care about your safety and the safety of our team members. Please protect all parties by properly covering both your nose and mouth while in salon. Our team is seeing many people per day and we ask you to respect this simple act to protect them as they keep the salon open and running during this time.

Acapello guests must follow all state and local requirements pertaining to masks in the salon. Our trained professionals will be able to answer any questions you may have when you call for your appointment.

Q: Will you be accepting any walk-in guests for Acapello?

A: Yes, but please keep in mind that we have limited capacity at each location according to state and local requirements. We ask that you please call the salon upon arrival.


Q: What protocols are you following to keep Acapello locations clean?

A: All high-touch surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected multiple times daily. Certain areas such as the checkout counter and door handles will be cleaned and disinfected hourly. All stations are fully disinfected after each guest in accordance with state and local requirements.

Q: Will I be able to browse? Test products?

A: You can shop and browse during your time in salon. A team member will be available to answer any product questions you may have during your visit. We are not able to perform product demonstrations at this time. Testers are available if allowed by state and local requirements at that time.


Q: Will I need to submit to a health check prior to entering salon?

A: No. While we will not be performing health checks directly on guests, we ask that you do not enter the salon if you have a fever of 100.4 or higher, are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, have had a positive COVID-19 test within 14 days or have come in close or proximate contact with anyone with confirmed or suspected COVID-19. Additionally, some states require you to quarantine if you have travelled from any state with a high COVID-19 infection rate. For the safety of our salon team and guests, we ask that you do not enter the salon prior to the completion of this quarantine.
