How can I book an appointment?

To book an appointment online, please visit our Appointment Book. For assistance by phone, please call your preferred salon location by visiting our List of Locations.

 

 

What salon services do you offer?

Acapello is a full-service hair salon specializing in haircuts, hair color, hair smoothing, balayage, ombre, highlights, scalp treatments, makeup, blowouts, brows and more. For details and pricing, please visit our Service Menu.

 

 

What type of products do you use?

We carry the full line of Aveda hair care, skincare and body care products. We are proud to announce that all of our products are 100% vegan and responsibily sourced and packaged. For more information, please visit our Products Page.

 

 

Is it safe to visit the salon?

Do you offer curbside pickup?

Yes! We offer contact-free curbside pickup at all of our locations. To place an order, please visit our Curbside Order Form.

 

 

What if I’m running late?

No worries. If you're running a few minutes behind give us a quick call and update us.

 

 

What if I’m not happy with my hair?

If you are unhappy with the results of your hair, your customer service experience, or the cleanliness of the salon, please reach out to our Guest Services Manager and we will accomodate you the best we can.

 

 

Do you have any special offers or promotions?

We sure do! All new guests enjoy $20 OFF their first color service at Acapello. This offer is valid at all salon locations and never expires. One time use only. Please mention promo code FIRST20OFF at time of booking and checkout.

 

 

Is Acapello open on Monday?

Yes! Typically all Acapello locations are open on Mondays from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm. To book an appointment online, please visit our Appointment Book.

 

 

How much should I tip Acapello?

20% of your service cost is a general rule of thumb at hair salons. Of course any gratuity is greatly appreciated.

 

 

Do you offer kids' haircuts?

Yes, haircuts for children 11 and under start at $33. Please note that higher level stylists may be unavailable due to time and demand.

 

 

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and cash. We do accept personal checks in special circumstances. Payment is due at the time of service.

 

 

Do you offer hair and makeup for weddings or proms?

Yes, and it would be our pleasure! We are always honored to be a part of such special occasions. Call us today to discuss your needs and reserve your services.

 

 

Do you take walk-ins?

Yes, we happily take walk-ins. However, salon capacity and stylist availability can fluctuate. We encourage you to schedule beforehand, even if booking a same-day service.

 

 

Do you offer ombré or balayage?

Yes, we do! Many of our stylists specialize in balayage and ombré hair coloring. We invite you to take advantage of our complimentary consultation to discuss your hair goals. During that time, we can detail the price, length of time, and expectations of the final result.

 

 

What if I need to cancel an appointment?

Life gets hectic at times. We totally get it. We kindly ask that you cancel and reschedule as soon as you know that you're unable to make it. At least 24 hours in advance for haircuts and 48 hours in advance for color services.
